Job Duties:   

This position is responsible for the supervision of the management services team in the Division for Finance and Management. The team provides leadership and consultation with department staff related to enterprise services including fiscal operations, accounting and business functions, purchasing, contracting and procurement, and general services.  The team also serves as the point of contact with other state administrative agencies, including the Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA) and Legislative Audit Bureau regarding all general government operations.

The position also supervises the department’s shipping and mailing services supervisor, who oversees the department’s buildings, leasing, fleet and mailroom, along with its front desk receptionists.
